London Saxophone Festival 21-27 May

The first ever London Saxophone Festival has been announced for 21-27 May 2018 at venues across the capital. Billed as a 'celebration of the saxophone through concerts, film, workshops and more', it will feature artists from around the world in a varied line-up of concerts, representing a range of genres and styles.

The line-up includes:

  • BBC Young Jazz Musician of the Year Alexander Bone on 23 May at Pizza Express Holborn
  • Evan Parker on 24 May at the Vortex
  • Former Clarinet & Saxophone cover artist Yolanda Brown on 25 May at the Jazz Cafe
  • Bob Reynolds and Casey Benjamin on 26 May at Cadogan Hall
  • Steve Norman on 25-27 May at Pizza Express Holborn

There will also be a 'sax village' in the foyer of Cadogan Hall from 11am to 8.30pm on Saturday 26 May with trade stands and the chance to try instruments.
